Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, they looked worn and outdated with tired furniture. The service was outstanding, with friendly and accommodating staff who even made the best Old Fashioned drink my husband and I have ever had. The location was both perfect for downtown access but showed signs of deterioration in some areas. The dining options were a bit hit or miss, with some delicious dishes but also some disappointments. Despite some ups and downs, the overall experience was generally positive.
The hotel had some issues with room condition and convenience during the night, but the location was great for exploring Moose Jaw. The dining experience was satisfying, although a bit expensive. The service was lacking in attentiveness and friendliness.
The hotel had rooms in need of maintenance, very dated with a drafty patio door that made it hard to keep comfortable at night. Despite some issues, the morning service was efficient. It felt like staying at a standard motel.
The hotel was very clean, quiet, and accommodating, with a welcoming and friendly staff. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, and the decor could use some updating.
The hotel provided a very nice and comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a good view of High Street. The service was extremely accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the downtown core. The dining options were delicious, and the facilities were well above expectations.
